This Privacy Policy describes how Roletskiy Kirill, an individual entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Azerbaijan (TIN/VÖEN 1603772712, registered address AZ1029, Baku, Nizami District, Heydar Aliyev Avenue 117), operating under the brand ProfBro (the “Service”, “we”), collects, uses and protects information when you use the Service or interact with us via the website profbroker.com.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data — name, email, phone, organisation, provided by you when signing up or being invited as a team member.
  • Customer data you store in ProfBro — contacts, deals, tasks, bookings, transactions, messages and files you import or create. You remain the controller of this data; we are the processor.
  • Messaging data via WhatsApp Business Platform — when you connect a WhatsApp Business Account through Meta’s Embedded Signup, we receive the messages sent to and from your number, sender phone numbers and profile names, message timestamps and delivery statuses.
  • Technical data — IP address, user agent, log records, authentication tokens; used for security and debugging.

2. How we use the information

  • To provide CRM, finance and SMM functionality you signed up for.
  • To deliver and store WhatsApp / Instagram / web-form messages on your behalf and surface them in your inbox.
  • To send you operational and security notifications.
  • To monitor service quality, debug issues and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data, do not use it to train third-party AI models, and do not use it for advertising profiling.

3. Where data is stored

ProfBro infrastructure runs on Hetzner servers located in the European Union (Germany / Finland). Media files are stored in Cloudflare R2. WhatsApp messages are received via Meta servers and stored in our database alongside your other CRM data.

4. Sharing with third parties

We share data with the following processors strictly to operate the Service:

  • Hetzner Online GmbH — hosting
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — media storage and CDN
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. — WhatsApp Business Platform and Instagram Graph API
  • Anthropic, PBC — optional AI features inside the product

5. Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active and for up to 90 days after account deletion, after which it is permanently removed from production systems. Backups containing data are rotated and fully purged within 30 additional days.

6. Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from within the product. You can also request a manual export or full deletion by writing to k.roletskiy@profbroker.com. See Data Deletion Instructions.

7. Children

ProfBro is a B2B product and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email and posted at this URL with an updated “Last updated” date.
