Data Deletion Instructions

If you want us to delete personal data we hold about you, please follow the steps below. This instruction page is published per Meta Platform Terms requirement for apps that access user data.

Self-service deletion

Inside ProfBro you can delete individual contacts, messages, deals and files at any time. You can also disconnect a WhatsApp Business Account from Settings → Channels, which immediately stops further message ingestion and revokes our access tokens.

Full account deletion

  1. Send an email from your registered address to k.roletskiy@profbroker.com with the subject “Delete my ProfBro account”.
  2. Include the workspace slug (subdomain) and the email of the workspace owner.
  3. We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 calendar days. Backups containing residual data are purged within an additional 30 days.

WhatsApp message data

WhatsApp messages received via the Embedded Signup integration are stored in your workspace. They are deleted together with the workspace per the process above. Disconnecting the channel alone retains historical messages in your inbox unless you also delete them manually.
